Atlantic Pines Golf Cart & Course Policy 2026
Golf Course Rules On-Season – April through November
· The golf course is typically open from dawn until dusk during the On-Season months of April through November. For current operating hours, please get in touch with the Pro-shop, as these hours may vary throughout the season.
· Unit owners, along with their family members, guests, tenants, and invitees, may use the golf cart paths only for walking and jogging at times when the golf course is not open for operation.
· Motorized vehicles, including motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, electric scooters, and electric bikes, are strictly prohibited on the golf cart paths or any other portion of the golf course
· Bicycles and strollers are not permitted on the golf cart path or golf course.
· All pets must be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
· Anyone who drives a personal golf cart vehicle on the golf cart path or course is subject to “Trail Fees”. You can register and pay the fee at the Pro Shop.
· For safety reasons, golf carts are not allowed on the golf cart paths or course after operating hours.
· For liability reasons, non-golfing friends or family cannot ride along or walk the course during golf play.
· Pond entry or use for any reason is prohibited.
· For information about golf membership, trail fees, and pool membership, and the hours for the Osprey Pub, please get in touch with the Pro Shop. The Osprey Pub is open to both the public and residents of Old Marsh.
Golf Course Rules Off-Season – December Through March
· The golf course is generally closed from December through March.
· Unit owners, their families, guests, tenants, and invitees may use the golf cart paths for walking, jogging, and dog walking throughout the Off-Season.
· When the golf course is covered with a minimum of 6” of snow to ensure such use will not cause damage to the golf course, the Unit owners and their family members, guests, tenants, and invitees shall be permitted to walk, Nordic ski, and snowshoe on the golf course fairways, but not the tees and greens.
· Under no circumstances shall snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, or any other motorized vehicle not associated with the golf course operation be permitted on the golf course or its LCE’s (other than the parking lot).

The Atlantic Pines Golf Club has teamed up with The Golf Professionals from Club 72
All the instructors have worked at our facility over the past years as well.
Club 72 offers Lessons, Clinics, Simulator Golf, and Leagues.
